Which costs does it use?
Product costs from your price lists or supplier catalogues, decoration costs such as stitch-count bands and colour counts, and setup and rush fees. The sources are agreed at setup.
What if a cost is missing?
It does not guess. A quote with a missing cost is flagged for your team rather than passed as healthy.
Does it slow quoting down?
No. Quotes inside your rules go straight through. Quotes below your floor, or with a missing cost, are held for a person.
