No. Only order stages staff explicitly mark customer-visible appear, and never cost, margin, or internal notes.

Is online payment always available in the portal?

Accepted Answer

No. A Pay action only appears when the invoice has a balance due and the shop has online payment connected. If not, the invoice is still visible with a read-only, customer-safe status.

What happens to the existing one-off proof and payment links?

They keep working exactly as they do today. The portal is an additional, connected way to reach the same actions, not a replacement.
