Scheduling Agent
Turn approved jobs into a production schedule
An approved job still has to become machine time, a survey, an install date and a delivery.
We build this agent around your business and existing tools. The workflow below illustrates what we can scope together during your free assessment.
Turns approved jobs into production slots and calendar dates.
- Creates production tasks from each approved job
- Books surveys and installs into the team calendar
- Works back from the delivery date and flags clashes
- Confirms dates with the customer once your team agrees
Every job has a date, and everyone knows it.

Scheduling Agent questions
Which calendars does it use?
Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
What is the difference between proposed, booked and confirmed dates?
Proposed dates come from the agent. Booked dates are the ones your team agrees and adds to the calendar. Confirmed dates are the ones the customer has accepted.
Does it plan machine capacity?
No. It works from your team calendar and existing bookings and flags clashes. It does not plan capacity machine by machine.
Is it only for sign shops?
No. It schedules print and decoration production too, but it helps most where jobs need surveys, installs or fitted delivery.
