Quote Agent
Automatic quote follow-up for print, promo and sign businesses
Quotes go out, and follow-up happens when someone has time. One customer gets three reminders and another gets none.
We build this agent around your business and existing tools. The workflow below illustrates what we can scope together during your free assessment.
Every quote followed up. Stops the moment they reply.
- Watches for quotes with no reply after the number of days you choose
- Reads the quote, the thread and the customer history before writing
- Drafts a follow-up in your voice, with stock or price-break context
- Stops as soon as the customer replies and hands the thread back
Every open quote gets the same follow-up, without anyone keeping a list.
Example workflow: how the Quote Agent could work for you
Notices a quiet quote
Picks up open quotes with no reply after the number of days agreed at setup.
Reads the context
Checks the quote, the thread and the customer history, including stock and price breaks where they are available.
Follows up
Sends a short follow-up in your voice from your own email address, on the schedule agreed at setup.
Stops when things change
Stops as soon as the customer replies and hands the thread to your team. Quotes that are declined, expired or already an order are not chased.

Quote Agent questions
How many follow-ups does it send?
The number agreed at setup, for example a first follow-up after 5 days and a second after 10. It stops as soon as the customer replies.
Does it send from my email?
Yes. Follow-ups go from your own Gmail or Outlook address, so the customer sees a normal reply in the same thread.
What happens when a quote expires or is declined?
It stops following it up. An expired quote is not chased as if it were still valid, and your team decides whether to re-quote.
What if the customer asks for a discount?
The agent does not negotiate. Agents never change prices, so a discount request goes to your team.
Do I need the TaggIQ platform?
No. It can work from your current quotes and email. On the TaggIQ platform it also uses your live quote, stock and customer records.
